Sweet Heat Smoked Pecans
Coated in our sweet cinnamon glaze, we add a touch of heat with some cayenne and ghost pepper. Finished with a dusting of kosher salt, and of course, it’s all done on the smoker.

We take raw pecans and have them hang out in a barrel full of clean smoke. We then coat them with our cinnamon glaze and return them to the smoker to take in more flavor and finish.
We do not use preservatives, so it’s best to enjoy these within a month.
